As an actor, comedy has helped me get through the door of several auditions, opened my mind to new avenues of creating content, made me more relatable and personable, and helped my confidence.
I wanted to offer this workshop because if you were like me, you may be funny and can make your friends laugh, or your insta-twitter-face is hilarious, or, most importantly, if you're an actor, you want to add a major skill to your list of threats that would set you apart in the audition room. No matter the reason, comedy is the best medicine and you, my friend, can be the doctor (Oh a doctor! Your mom would be so proud!)

I wanted to start Stand Up workshops for beginners. The fledgling comic or "comicling" is getting the tutelage of a NY comic in a 3 week course with a mini show and steps to ensure their start is positive and fun!
The workshop is a 3 week class, a live show in the heart of 4th St Live!, and footage of your set.
